Community Navigator - Homelessness Prevention – GROW Worker (part-time)

Aspire is now looking to recruit into a new, multi-agency homelessness prevention project, known as Trailblazer Oxfordshire. We have one part-time, paid 12 month placement opportunity to join this new team in a GROW role (Giving Real Opportunity for Work). This post is a paid, developmental roles for individuals who have previously accessed support services. They will provide opportunities to learn and develop new skills for future employment, in a supportive and positive, professional environment. Within this role you will be shadowing a Community Navigator, as a part-time GROW worker in training. 

This is a part-time role (2.5 days per week) paid at an hourly rate of £8.93 per hour. Immediate start, 12 months placement.

Head of Finance (interim)

Aspire has grown considerably over the last few years and with a turnover now in excess of £1m with diverse income generation activity comprising a mixture of restricted funds, grants, donations, charitable activities and trading. We are now creating a new, interim role of 'Head of Finance' to support our sustainable growth and to help meet our compliance and governance needs and responsibilities.

Salary range is £38,000 to £45,000 (FTE per annum), for a 1 day a week commitment as a 12 month, fixed term appointment.
