Community Transport

Aspire Oxford delivers a community transport service (formerly known as ‘dial-a-ride’ or DAR) in Oxford City on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council. It is a door-to-door service for those who are mobility impaired and unable to use, or do not have access to, conventional public transport in Oxford city.

The service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Aspire’s community transport service is only available to registered members of our transport scheme who have completed an application form and paid their membership fee, before travelling.

Oxford city residents eligible for the service will need to pay an annual membership fee of £30 to register - please complete this form. You can see our Eligibility Criteria here and our Terms & Conditions of Carriage, here.
