Wednesday 26th April 9.30am – 2pm at Unipart Conference Centre, Oxford
As part of Responsible Business Week 2017, Aspire Oxford is delighted to launch a new Employers’ Conference designed to help businesses meet their recruitment needs.
This conference is the first of its kind in Oxfordshire and brings together employers, local authorities, employment agencies such as JobCentre Plus, young people’s support services and criminal justice partners, to respond to our county’s growing recruitment challenges in an inspiring and innovative way.
When: Wednesday 26th April 9.30am – 2pm
Where: Unipart Conference Centre, Unipart House, Oxford
The event: The conference will begin with a line-up of inspiring guest speakers from established employers who have recruited successfully from disadvantaged groups including Land Securities and Pret a Manger. Timpsons’ National Recruitment Ambassador Darren Burns will be the key note speaker.
There will also be an opportunity for businesses to find out about the practical support and advice available to inform your recruitment needs from local, expert partner organisations in Oxfordshire, followed by a networking lunch.
All attendees will also receive a free, practical guide on how to recruit successfully from disadvantaged groups, and the opportunity to register to find out more about ‘in-work’ support and upcoming 1-day free training for your employees to become effective buddies in the workplace for new recruits.
How to sign up: Places are going fast so we advise anyone interested to contact Rosa Curness on 01865 204450 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to book your free place. Alternatively please download the registration form and email to Rosa once completed.
